Dry Scrubber Units

AQOZA DSU is a series of standard dry scrubber units designed to remove toxic gases from point of source or from an enclosed room / process tank. Standard units’ capacities are ranging from 200 m3/hr to 1,000 m3/hr air flow. Custom engineered units are also offered based on client requirement.

Filtration media are being selected based on the gases to be removed. Gas removal efficiency test of the filtration media sample are offered at our gas testing facility for particular applications as designed. AQOZA DSU units can offer a gas removal efficiency up to 99.99%. Media replacement can be identified by portable gas sensors, fixed gas sensors or colour changing pads at the outlet vent of the unit.

Filtration vessels are constructed based on the gases to be treated. For corrosive gas application, non-metallic polypropylene or FRP materials are being chosen. Compatibility of gases being adsorbed are verified against the material of construction in terms of chemical reaction and life of the composite the material. Flame proof material also being offered upon request. Filtration vessels are being manufactured in-house facility of AQOZA to ensure the quality of product and selection of raw material.

Extraction fans offered are quite in operation, made of non-corrosive Polypropylene material. Flame proof motors are being offered upon request.

Deep Dry Scrubber Unit

AQOZA DDSU is a custom engineered dry scrubber unit to filter the HVAC intake air to the facilities. Air flow of the unit shall be designed to match the HVAC intake air and to remove gas pollutants in the environments. Unit can be designed to remove a series of gases and also to be specific to single gas removal. This unit is ideal to ensure Air quality is within the ISA standard for equipment in critical control rooms. And also it gives better environment for employees in the critical control rooms to work long hours when there is polluted gas leaks in the surroundings.

Gas removal efficiency test of the filtration media sample are offered at our gas testing facility for particular applications as designed. AQOZA DDSU units can offer a gas removal efficiency up to 99.99%. Media replacement can be identified by portable gas sensors, fixed gas sensors or colour changing pads at the outlet vent of the unit. Media remaining life analysis test are also being offered to client to periodically check the life of the filtration media.

We take care of the disposal or re-use of spent media, eliminating the need for clients to handle contaminated spent carbon at their facility. Replacement of the drum can be done by client-trained personnel within a short amount of time.
