QC Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our Quality team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn quality processes, gain hands-on manufacturing exposure, and build a strong foundation in Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality

• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 and client requirements.

• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

• Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation.

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are being followed.

• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal SOPs.

• Organize, participate internal audits and support external audits as required.

• Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.

Education & Qualifications

• Btech/Diploma-Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Freshers

Key Competencies

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)

• Willingness to learn and use measuring instruments

• Interest in ISO 9001 and quality systems

• Exposure to AutoCAD / SolidWorks is an added advantage

• Good attention to detail and documentation skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
